According to the GDPR, personal data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable
living individual. Different pieces of information, which collected together can lead to the identification
of a particular person, also constitute personal data.
The personal data that is collected through our website are: name, email and IP address.
TECNIFORMA uses this data only for internal use, there being no sharing with other entities, except where required by law.
The personal data, collected through the contact form, available on our website, is filled out of free will and consent and the user it’s responsible for that information. This data is sent to the user's e-mail (who can exercise his rights at any time through a specific link) and is stored in a database, being used by TECNIFORMA only in response to his request.
TECNIFORMA retains your personal data only for the period necessary to perform the data processing, within the scope of the purpose for which it was collected. They may, in certain situations and depending on the legal basis of the data collection, be eliminated or anonymised if the customer exercises his right to opposition, the right to forgetfulness or withdraw his consent for the treatment of that specific purpose. If there is no legal obligation requiring the data to be retained for a certain period of time, they shall be treated, in accordance with the law, only for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected, following the guidelines and decisions of the National Commission for Data Protection.
The GDPR guarantees to the holders of personal data the right to access, update, rectify or erase, in whole or in part, their data, if this is requested to TECNIFORMA, through the contacts present in the section "Data Controller" of this Privacy Policy.
